Introducing Hānai Hospitality, the new parent company housing award-winning Pacific Cocktail Haven and Kona's Street Market, among more businesses coming soon! When developing this new brand, I was inspired by the Hawaiian islands, high-end luxury brands, and the ethos behind what makes PCH special. Hānai Hospitality shares the same splendor of opulent service brands as they provide noteworthy cocktail services for its guests, but they also possess a down-to-earth quality that is as captivating as it is disarming.

Hānai means adopted family, and this resonated with owner Kevin Diedrich as he is an adoptee himself. Family is exactly how the team at Hānai treats their guests, delivering exclusive cocktail experiences with the warmth and spirit of aloha. The Hawaiian symbol for family resembles a tree growing upwards, with its many branches portraying members of a tight-knit family, tribe, or community. The logomark is made with the same uneven strokes from the wordmark and adds a rustic, handmade feel to the brand, as every experience is handcrafted to each guest's needs.

Hānai's passion for beverages, creative recipes, and welcoming atmosphere emboldens the food and beverage industry and creates lasting relationships with their patrons. The team at Hānai loves creating outstanding memories for their guests and making them feel at home. Whether you're a foodie, in the industry, or somewhere in between − they welcome you to the family.

Operating under Hānai Hospitality, Jungle Flower is a fresh new bar debuting at the San Francisco International Airport from the creators of Pacific Cocktail Haven.

Inspired by the song of the same name on Martin Denny’s 1956 album Exotica, Jungle Flower is a time capsule of Hawaii's Golden Age. When you step into this bar, you are transported to a timeless tropical land where you’ll experience the best, most unique drinks at SFO, served with friendly and cheerful Aloha. The idea is to make customers feel like they’re already on vacation rather than just passing through the airport.

One of the most recognizable tropical flowers in the world, the Bird of Paradise lets patrons know what kinds of flavors and vibes await them at Jungle Flower. Sit down, have a drink, and relax between flights.

Also operating under Hānai Hospitality, Arkipelago Cocktail Catering offers full-service, high-end hospitality to their clients. Comprised of seasoned industry professionals with exceptional knowledge and skills, Arkipelago's services are unparalleled, friendly, and memorable.

Arkipelago draws inspiration from the archipelagos of Hawaii, the Philippines, and Polynesia, and the ancient seafarers who sailed across the ocean to find new worlds and resources. The outrigger represents the idea of movement, as Arkipelago traverses the San Francisco Bay Area to spread joy and aloha to its clientele through unique cocktails and island flavors. In their logo, an outrigger traverses rolling waves with their mascot Kona at the helm.

Honoring and celebrating their roots in the Pacific Islands, Arkipelago Cocktail Catering aims to cultivate a sense of community in the hospitality sector. While Arkipelago's background and inspiration come from the various cultures in the Polynesian and AAPI community, Arkipelago is for everyone to enjoy!
