Queer Rain addresses the gap in resources and representation of queer femme and gender expansive artists of color. This magazine features art that gives viewers permission to witness and experience vulnerability, community, solidarity, and hope.

The contrast between the hard edges and the flowing curves in the wordmark represent the duality in each of us, the power of femininity, and the strength we gain from sharing our vulnerability.

The mark depicts the idea that we are a reflection of our caretakers, environments, and experiences — the prism through which these aspects of ourselves are filtered. The art we create is the light that emerges, illuminating other QTBIPOC artists to celebrate their identities, realize their power, feel seen, and be seen.
